Family & Children's Center Counseling and
Development Services (CDS) announces the closing of all locations. The
last day of client services for outpatient counseling and group therapy is
Friday, November 16, 2012.
Clients are encouraged to transition care to
Oaklawn Psychiatric Center or their provider of choice. Many CDS therapists will be offering
counseling services at Oaklawn. To inquire
about a particular therapist or to schedule an initial appointment, please
contact Oaklawn’s
Access Center at (574) 283-1234 in South Bend or (574) 533-1234 in Elkhart.
